Yogurt Fillets

Ingredients

  • 2.2 pound beef fillet
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 non-fat natural yogurt
  • 3/4 cup white wine
  • 1 pinch of rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Soda cookie
  • Salt and pepper

Servings: 8 servings (0.40 pounds per serving)

Preparation

Clean, wash, style the steak. Cut into thin slices, season with salt, pepper and let stand for 1 hour. Chop the onion in fine squares. In a hot pan without oil, cook the meat on both sides add the onion, crushed garlic, rosemary, bay leaf, stir with a wooden spoon so that the ingredients are impregnated. Pour the wine, cook a few minutes and add the yogurt, let it cook on a low heat for 1/2 hour until the meat is tender. Add ground cracker until the desired consistency is reached and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve the hot steaks bathed in the sauce.
