Chop Suey

Ingredients

  • 0.44 pounds of cooked chicken
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 Sweet pepper
  • 2 chopped green peppers
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 2 Carrot cut in julienne
  • 0.88 pounds of Sprouted Beans
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 tbsp of ligth soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Servings: 8 servings (1/2 cup per serving)

Preparation

Cut the previously cooked chicken into strips. Sauté the onion, garlic, red pepper and pepper at low heat for 5 minutes, stirring. Once cooked, add water, soy sauce, sprouted beans, cooked chicken strips, carrots, celery and salt and put it to boil.
