Tarragon Vinegar Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of fat-free bouillon
  • 1 tbsp soy
  • 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
  • 1/2 tbsp dry onion

Servings: approximately 1 cup

Preparation

The dried herbs are added to the vinegar together with the broth and the soy sauce. Let it rest in the refrigerator 1 hour before serving. Keep it one week in the refrigerator, in a covered bottle.
