Preparation
Cut the onion into very thin slices. In a pan, cook the onions with a little water. Once the onions are cooked, cubed meat is added. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Immediately add the tomatoes cut in cubes, and the chili in julienne, stir. Cook over medium heat until the meat is cooked to the desired degree. Before serving, add the white cheese, tomato salt and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
