Leeks Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of fat-free beef broth
  • Three or four stems of leeks
  • 1/4 cup of skim milk
  • soda crackers

Servings: 4 servings (4.2 ounces per serving)

Preparation

The leeks are washed well and cut into wheels. They are cooked in the broth over low heat until they are tender. They are liquefied in the blender and the preparation is passed through a sieve. The mixture is placed on the fire again and the milk is added, the salt and pepper are corrected and the soda cracker is added until it thickens according to your taste.
