Preparation
Boil a liter of water and, when bubbling, place the shrimp and cook for 1 minute. Next, drain them and let them cool. Apart, chop the onion and the sweet red pepper finely, leave them in a bowl with the juice of 5 lemons. Next, place the chopped coriander, salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add the shrimp and mix everything very well. Serve the cold ceviche, on a bed of green salad.
