Rolled Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 fillet of hake of 0.44 pounds
  • 1 Sweet pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Ground cookie

Servings: 1 serving of 0.44 pounds

Preparation

Salt and pepper (white pepper) the fillet, place the onion and chopped red pepper, roll and brown in a pan with PAM, then add a little de-fatted broth of fish and the cracker, let it cook in the broth until it thickens a little. To serve you can use tomato strips.
