Ricotta Cake

Ingredients

  • 1.1 pounds of ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup of skim milk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon orange or lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons of splenda for cooking

Preparation

Blend all ingredients, place in a container and bake until browned. This cake can be accompanied with fresh strawberries.
