Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of mustard
  • Granular Splenda to taste
  • 1/8 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cup of non-fat natural yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill

Servings: 2 servings (1/2 cup per serving)

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients. Store everything in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator; it can last 3 to 2 weeks. Delicious with cold vegetables and fish.
