Mustard Fish Filletes

Ingredients

  • 1.7 pounds of fish
  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • 3 ounces of mustard
  • 3 onions
  • salt and pepper

    For the sauce:

  • 125 gr. of non-fat white cheese
  • 4 mustard cunts
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 lettuce plant
  • 2 cucumbers in vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon juice

Preparation

Cut the cloves of garlic, lengthwise, in three or four parts. With a sharp knife practice small cuts in the fish and introduce the garlic. Season and spread the fillets with the mustard. Support them on a piece of aluminum foil. Cut the onion into quarters, place them around the fillets and assemble a package (several packages can be prepared), closing the paper very well. Bring to a strong oven at 350 ° F for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, to prepare the sauce, chop the tomatoes, fine lettuce, cucumbers and mix them with white cheese and mustard. Finally, add the lemon juice. Serve the fish in slices adding the sauce.
