Marinated Steak With Onion And Oregano

Ingredients

  • 1 beef pulp steak (1.1 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 1/3 soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons dried leaves of crushed oregano
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic or chopped garlic

Servings: 2 servings (0.40 pounds per serving)

Preparation

Place the steak in a non-metallic dish or in a large plastic zip-lock bag to store food. Add the sauce mixture and turn the steak so that it is covered evenly on the sides. Refrigerate for an hour to marinate by turning occasionally. Remove the steak from the marinade and place it on the grill or oven roaster for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until the steak cooks well. Sprinkle with marinade and cook 5 more minutes
