Light Béchamel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of skim milk
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 or 3 squares of soda biscuit
  • Salt to taste

Servings: 2 servings (4.2 ounces)

Preparation

Blend everything and pour it into a pot over medium heat, stirring until it thickens; if it gets sour put it back in the blender and in the burner without letting it boil.
