Preparation
Once the guavas are clean, chop them in cubes and boil them for 10 minutes, throw the water. Next, process the guavas in a blender and transfer them through a sieve to remove the pips. Place the guava mixture again in a pot and stir over medium heat for 10 minutes with a wooden palette. Finally, place the sweetener to taste. Serve in glasses with a ball of ricotta and a leaf of mint or spearmint.
