Preparation
Put tomato, onion, coriander, chili and garlic in a bowl, cut the avocados lengthwise, remove the pulp with a spoon, add the pulp to the tomato mixture, and with a spoon or fork grind the avocado while mixing it with the other ingredients, season with the lemon juice and salt, serve with whole toasted or cashew tortillas. NOTE: To prevent the mixture from oxidizing and turning black, immerse the avocado peel inside the guacamole. Cover with plastic to wrap food, pressing it well on the surface of the bowl.
