Grilled Steak In Soy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 grilled steaks
  • 1 tied parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 yellow pepper and 1 red pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Servings: 4 servings (0.40 pounds per serving)

Preparation

Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Add the soy sauce. Marinate the grilled steaks in this preparation for 24 hours. After that time, cut the onions into very thin rings and the peppers in julienne strips. Cook the grilled steaks in the marinade, over medium heat, along with the chopped vegetables, checking that the meat does not dry too much (if desired, in the middle of the cooking add a little more soy sauce). Serve the steaks along with vegetable garnish and covered with the sauce.
