Filled Squid

Ingredients

  • 1.1 pounds of large squids
  • 2 onions
  • 5 ripe tomatoes
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1/3 of paprika
  • parsley, celery, onion, sweet pepper
  • 1 lemon

Servings: 5 servings of 3 squid per serving.

Preparation

The squids are cleaned and the heads are reserved. Finely cut the rest of the ingredients, place in a pan to prepare a stew with minced heads plus lemon juice. The bodies of the squids are cooked in salted water until they are pierced with a fork. With this stew, fill the squid and place on the grill until golden brown. Add lemon when serving.
