Preparation
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stem. Prepare the filling by frying in a pan, without oil, the onion, the red paprika, the parsley and the ham all very chopped. Next, add the white wine and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stuff the mushroom hats with this preparation and put them on a tray in a preheated oven at medium temperature. Cook them for around 25 minutes and serve hot.
