Celery And Basil Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery stem
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery leaves
  • 1/4 cup diced carrot
  • 1 zucchini in dices
  • 1 chopped chayota in dices
  • 1/2 tsp fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper

Servings: 2 servings (4.2 ounces per serving)

Preparation

Cook all the ingredients over low heat like any soup, until the vegetables are cooked. Garnish with fresh basil when serving.
