1 can of asparagus or 1.1 pounds of fresh asparagus
1/4 tsp sugar Splenda
1/2 tsp fresh basil
2 tbsp crushed soda biscuit
2 cups of skim milk
1 medium onion
2 sprigs of parsley
salt and pepper
Servings: 6 servings (4.2 ounces per serving)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients for 1 minute. Cook over medium heat until you get a light cream. Stir constantly for 10 minutes. Check the seasoning and serve.
