Apple Soup With Curry

Ingredients

  • 4 green or yellow apples without skin
  • 1 apple to decorate diced minced
  • 4 cups of chicken bouillon
  • 2 branches of minced celeri
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • Salt and pepper august
  • 1 package of scallions

Servings: 6 servings (4.2 ounces per serving)

Preparation

Sauté, without oil, the céleri and the minced chives. Add the apples in pieces. In a saucepan, place chicken broth in the previous sauce, leave to cook until everything is smooth. Blend the soup, add the curry, nutmeg, salt if necessary and white pepper to taste. Serve hot with small pieces of apples on each plate.
