Vegetables Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 1 cut leek
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 egg white
  • Salt to taste

Servings: 2 servings (0.15 pounds per serving)

Preparation

Place the cut vegetables in a pot of boiling water with salt. When they are soft, drain them and place them in the processor next to the egg white. Place the liquefied preparation in a mold (or several individual) greased with spray (PAM), and take them to the oven in a bain-marie for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
