Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 non-fat natural yogurts
  • Salt and ground white pepper
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 17 ounces of skim milk
  • 2 stems of green onions

Servings: 4 servings (1/4 cup per serving)

Preparation

Place the low-fat yogurt, milk, lemon juice, salt, pepper and whisk in a blender until reaching a smooth texture. Finally add the chopped scallion on fine wheels, mix well and place at least 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
