Preparation
In a saucepan, over moderate heat, place the milk and stir with a wooden palette. When the milk reaches the boiling point, add the yogurt pot, lower the heat to the minimum and stir at least 5 minutes more. Remove the mixture from the heat, cover it and let it sit overnight. The next day, place it in a cloth net and let it drain all day long. In the afternoon, put the preparation in a container and take it to the refrigerator. You can serve yogurt cheese with pepper and olive oil as Deep in your celebrations, or as an ingredient for delicious fresh salads.
