Trout And Watercress Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 trout fillets
  • 5 tbsp chopped scallion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups watercress leaves
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Finely chop the garlic and scallion, add salt, pepper, lemon, watercress and tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Place a steak, the mixture of watercress and then another steak as if it were a sandwich. Sprinkle the surface of the trout sandwiches with salt and olive oil, place them on a griddle and brown on both sides until you see that the cooking of the fish reaches the center.
