Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut them into small cubes. Heat a pan, without oil, brown the garlic and add the thyme. Add tomatoes, water and reduce until thick. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. This preparation is very good with casabe toast or wholemeal bread.
- 1.1 pounds of tomato
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of water or vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper
- 1 branch of fresh thyme
