Preparation
Spray the meat and pinch it with a fork on the whole surface leave for 1/2 hour. Cut the meat into strips 0.4 inches wide, removing visible fat. Add salt to the onion, peppers and cook them together in a saucepan with vegetable spray (PAM), until tender and golden brown. Add the meat strips and the peppers stirring for 3 more minutes. Enough for six servings.
