Tendered Meat With Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2.2 pounds of beef, then remove all visible fat
  • 1 large onion cut
  • 2 green peppers cut in thin circles
  • 1 small tin of chopped peppers
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • lemon juice to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Servings: 6 servings (0.40 pounds per serving)

Preparation

Spray the meat and pinch it with a fork on the whole surface leave for 1/2 hour. Cut the meat into strips 0.4 inches wide, removing visible fat. Add salt to the onion, peppers and cook them together in a saucepan with vegetable spray (PAM), until tender and golden brown. Add the meat strips and the peppers stirring for 3 more minutes. Enough for six servings.
