Preparation
Dissolve the gelatin leaves in a little milk and add the cinnamon and vanilla until it starts to boil. Remove from the fire. Grind the strawberries (keep some for the decoration of the dish) well cleaned in the blender with a little skim milk and the sweetener. Stir and divide into pudding pots or individual molds. Place the pudding pots or molds in the refrigerator at least 7-8 hours before serving. Unmold and decorate with reserved strawberries.
