Strawberries Gelatine

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 dozen strawberries
  • 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tbsp sugar Sweetener
  • 2 cups of strawberry juice

Servings: 8 servings

Preparation

Divide the strawberries into four small dessert plates or wine glasses. In a bowl, mix gelatin and sugar. In a small pot, heat the juice until it boils add it to the gelatin mixture with sugar and stir until they are fully integrated. Fill half a cup or plate. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until mixture cools. Serve cold. TIPS: strawberry juice can be substituted for apple juice.
