Preparation
Wash, chop and place non-drained spinach into a large container, covered with plastic and cooked for 12 minutes, stirring them until they are half cooked. Add the chopped garlic and mix them with the herbs into the broth. Then, lightly salt, remove everything well, cover the container again, cook for 4 minutes and let it cool for a few minutes. Grind the sauce in the blender until reaching a fine texture. To heat it, cover it for 1 minute in the microwave. Serve hot with meat, fish and eggs.
