Skewered Steak

Ingredients

  • 3.3 pounds of beef solomo steak cut into pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups of orange segments
  • 12 wooden sticks for skewers
  • 1 cup of soy sauce

Servings: 6 servings of 2 skewers per serving.

Preparation

Cut the steak, the vegetables and the fruit in boxes or cubes, insert them alternately in the wooden sticks; Place them on a flat plate. Pour the steak sauce over the skewers; Marinate for 10 minutes. Drain them and throw the marinade. Place the skewers on the grill over medium heat and roast for 10 minutes or until the steak cooks well, turning occasionally.
