Preparation
On a skewer, a piece of paprika is alternately stacked, another of tomato, onion, meat, mushroom, and so on, taking into account that only the pieces of meat corresponding to the indicated portion can be placed on each skewer. Then put the skewers on the grill or preheated oven for 15 or 20 minutes depending on how a person likes the meat. Serve immediately after removing it from the oven or grill.
