Shrimps With Wine And Mozarella

Ingredients

  • 0.88 pounds of shrimp
  • 2 green onion stems
  • 1 red pepper 3 pear-like tomatoes
  • 0.40 pounds Mozarella cheese
  • 6.7 ounces of dry white wine
  • salt and pepper

Servings: 4 servings

Preparation

Cut in julienne strips style the green onion, red pepper and onion and dip into the water. Add the Mozarella cheese, season and continue cooking, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking. Meanwhile, remove the skin from the tomatoes. Chop them and add them to the previous preparation. Then sauté the shrimp in the rest of the wine. Season and cook until cooked. Mix the shrimp with the Mozarella cheese sauce and cook one minute on low heat. Remove and serve.
