Roasted Chicken With Ginger

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken prey
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • 1 cup of non-fat natural yogurt.
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Servings: 4 servings (0.40 pounds per serving)

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, except the chicken. Put the chicken in a plastic bowl. Pour the previous mixture. Cover and refrigerate from one day to the next. Turn the chicken occasionally. Remove the chicken, dry. Put on the hot grill, and when golden brown brush with the mixture that was left over.
