Ricotta Sauce

Ingredients

  • 0.44 pounds of ricotta
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3.4 ounces of skim milk

Servings: 4 servings (1/2 cup per serving)

Preparation

Place the chopped onion in a non-stick pot without oil. When they have been cooked a little, add the crumbled ricotta, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Finally, add the milk little by little, stirring with a wooden palette. This sauce is ideal for baked vegetables.
