Preparation
Peel and chop the onion and garlic, and sauté in a casserole without oil, until the onion is soft. Then add the canned tomatoes, the crushed tomato, 1/2 glass of water and salt to taste. Bring to a boil and cook 12 minutes stirring frequently. Add the lentils previously drained and cook another 10 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
