Preparation
Peel the pears keeping the tail and sprinkle them with the lemon juice so they do not darken. Dissolve the sweetener in a bowl and add the lemon peel spices, and cook 5 minutes and introduce the pears. Lower the juice and leave for 20 minutes, turning it over every now and then. Remove the pears from the syrup and reduce the leak for 10 minutes. Add the coffee and dissolve it in the syrup. Serve the pears washed with the coffee syrup and garnish with fresh mint.
