Preparation
Blend the peaches together with the juice, lemon and orange zest until obtaining a puree. Add the milk, the egg whites, the sugar and the wine, continue to liquefy for 5 minutes. Pour the previous preparation in a metal bowl and take to the freezer for about 1 hour; you should beat it every 30 minutes, as long as it solidifies to break the crystals and aerate the mixture for 2 hours. Pour into a plastic mold with lid and take to the freezer for 30 minutes. Serve it in glasses and decorate with peaches.
