Preparation
Dissolve the Splenda in the milk and bring to moderate heat in a pot. When the milk starts to boil, add the orange zest and stir for about 3 minutes. Next, mix the egg whites with the juice and when the previous one has rested a little, add it vigorously stirring. Put it on the fire again, add the liquor and mix well. Pour into glasses, serve cold and decorate with orange and cinnamon pieces.
