Orange Creme

Ingredients

  • 50.7 ounces of skim milk
  • 6 tablespoons of splenda for cooking
  • 6 tbsp of water
  • 1 1/4 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2/3 cup of orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp orange liqueur
  • Orange marmalade to decorate

Servings: 6 servings (1 cup per serving)

Preparation

Dissolve the Splenda in the milk and bring to moderate heat in a pot. When the milk starts to boil, add the orange zest and stir for about 3 minutes. Next, mix the egg whites with the juice and when the previous one has rested a little, add it vigorously stirring. Put it on the fire again, add the liquor and mix well. Pour into glasses, serve cold and decorate with orange and cinnamon pieces.
