Lemon Fish Souffle

Ingredients

  • Hake fillet
  • 1/2 glass of skim milk
  • Onion
  • Paisa grated cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • Nutmeg
  • Parsley

Servings: 2 servings (0.16 pounds per serving)

Preparation

Boil the fish, then drain and crush, sauté the onion in water, add a crushed soda biscuit and the skim milk and remove from heat, season with cheese, nutmeg and chopped parsley. Incorporate the crushed fish and the beaten egg, combine all the ingredients and pour over a pirex mold moistened with a spray (PAM), then cook in the oven at moderate temperature.
