Preparation
Dissolve the gelatin in cold water, mix with the lemon juice previously heated and let it cool. In a blender pour this with cheese and lemon zest, until you get a uniform cream. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add with a wooden spoon to the other mixture, add the sweetener, divide it into individual molds to refrigerate it for 2 hours and then serve it unmold with strawberries on top.
