Lemon Balm And Lemon Grass Tea

Ingredients

  • 0.66 pounds of fresh and clean lemon grass or lemon balm
  • 0.33 pounds of sweetener

Servings: 34 ounces (1 cup per serving)

Preparation

Place the water in a pot and bring it to the boiling point. Let it boil for 5 min, turn it off and place the fresh herb (the chopped lemon grass or lemon balm leaves). Cover the pot and let rest at least 30min. Next, place the sweetener to taste, transfer it to a jar, wait for it to cool and put it in the fridge. You can also prepare this drink with both herbs and drink it hot.
