Kiara Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup of scallion
  • 4 cups sliced zucchini with the shell
  • 3 tsp of water
  • salt and fresh ground pepper

Servings: 3 servings (1 cup per serving)

Preparation

Cook the separated vegetables in little water or steamed and let them get crispy. In a pan place the chives to cook in a little water (sauté), once they are well cooked, sprinkle over cooked vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
