Hamburgers With Paisa Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1.1 pounds of minced meat
  • 2 purple onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 5 radishes
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 0.22 pounds of paisa cheese (in thin fetas)
  • 2 sprigs of radish or rustic
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Servings: 4 servings (0.27 pounds per serving)

Preparation

Season the meat and combine them with the onion and garlic, finely chopped. Form four buns. Take one and half, put together a hamburger. Place a feta cheese. With the rest of the bun form another hamburger and superimpose it on the first one. Seal the edges with your fingers, to prevent the cheese from escaping during cooking. Repeat the operation with the rest of the meat. Cook on an iron or grill, preferably with a lid, for 4 minutes each side. Meanwhile prepare the salad, cutting the diced cucumber, the tomatoes, in half; the pepper and the rugula in juliana strips; the radishes in fourths. Place all the ingredients in an appropriate source. Prepare the dressing by mixing the lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables and mix. Serve stuffed burgers with this refreshing salad.
