Grouper Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 2.2 pounds of grouper fillets cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of salt and 1/2 pepper
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 finely chopped paprika
  • 1 branch of coriander and 1 of finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Servings: 5 servings (0.44 pounds per serving)

Preparation

Place the lemon cup in a container preferably glass, along with salt, pepper and garlic. Next, add the fish and onion. Let it rest for 30 minutes and, finally, add the paprika, cilantro, parsley and olive oil.
