Ginger Drink

Ingredients

  • For 34 ounces of water
  • Skin and seeds of 6 apples
  • Minced ginger (half a teaspoon)
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 piece of cinnamon stick
  • 1 peel (skin) of half a lemon
  • 1 peel (skin) of half orange
  • 3 peppercorns

Servings: 34 ounces (1 glass per serving)

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a pot and let them boil for 10 minutes over low heat. Turn off the heat and, if desired, add sweetener to taste. Let it sit until it cools and put it in the fridge.
