Garlic And Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 large garlic heads
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • Spicy chili in paste
  • Salt
  • Oregano powder
  • 1/2 cup of water

Servings: 2 servings (1/2 cup per serving)

Preparation

Bake the garlic cloves in salt water. When it has evaporated enough, add finely chopped tomatoes (without skin and seeds) and dressings. Boil until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Cool. Season.
