Fines Herbes Dressing

Ingredients

  • Thyme, rosemary, oregano, parsley (approximately 1 tbsp of each fresh herb)
  • Basil (double)
  • 3 sage leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Servings: 4 servings (1 tablespoon per serving)

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a processor and add the olive oil at the end of the process. This dressing is ideal with brown rice, wholemeal pasta or roasted meats.
