  • 3 catalanas or small snappers
  • 3 lemons
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 medium onions, well chopped
  • 4 large chili peppers, well minced
  • 1 cup of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 cup chopped scallion
  • Salt and cilantro to taste
