Dogfish Pie

Ingredients

  • 0.55 pounds of stewed and shredded dogfish
  • 1 whipped egg white
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 sweet red pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cracked soda biscuit

Servings: 2 servings (0.44 pounds per serving)

Preparation

The fish is sautéed and crumbled, mixed with all the other ingredients, ground soda biscuit is placed on top and taken to the oven until it is set and golden brown.
