Chicken With Tomatoe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 medium green paprika minced
  • 2 cups fresh or canned tomato
  • 1/4 cup of tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme or oregano

Servings: 4 servings (0.40 pounds per serving)

Preparation

Wash and dry the chicken pieces. Remove the skin. Mix all the ingredients and place on the chicken. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
